A Farm Visit

On the weekend, we visited Judy and Don's dairy farm. They have a 60 cow operation just outside of Robertson. The setting is very picturesque and the girls loved all the animals they got to see and interact with! We arrived just in time for milking.

McKenna said we had to take a picture of the cows for Grandma because they are her favorite kind!

It was very interesting for the girls.

Then it was time to feed the calves and the sheep. Brooklyn was scared to get in there but McKenna was very brave. Blakely got her foot sucked when Mommy got her too close to a hungry calf!

Then it was off to gather eggs from the chooks (which is Aussie for chickens).

Our last animal was the pony...this was Brookie's favorite!

It was a great day at the farm!

  1. Wonderful photos! Nice to see everyone having a great time and experiencing life in Australia. I can't wait to see some greenery here in Alberta. Easter is this weekend and we still have snow. Happy Easter and many blessings.
